Viewing times are flexible and we do our best to accommodate you. If you decide you like the property then you will need to speak to the office or the person showing you the property and pay a deposit - this can be done on the day or online but the sooner the deposit is paid then the sooner the property is reserved for you.
All tenants must pass a credit check (payable by tenant - £20 per applicant) and if applicable provide a guarantor before a tenancy agreement is signed. We do not charge any further Administration fees.
Tenants are issued with an inventory, one set of keys and additional information for tenants.
During the tenancy
Stop Here Lettings are your first point of contact (if property is fully managed) for all issues relating to the property. We will do our very best to resolve any issues you may have.
Termination of tenancy
You will be contacted before the end of your lease to ask whether you wish to extend. If you do not wish to extend, then a termination date must be made with the office. A Stop Here Lettings representative will come to the property to check you out.

Steps for Letting a Property
- Decide what area you would like to live in and your requirements in a home.
- View suitable properties and decide which property is right for you.
- Complete the necessary application and credit reference forms. Please note, a referencing fee of £20 is payable.
- Once approved, submit deposit and first months rent when you move in.
- Sign lease and any other relevant documents and receive keys and Inventory.
- Ensure that the Inventory is accurate, submit signed copy to Stop here Lettings.
